10 X 10 Workout Routine
Anybody who’s trying to build muscle naturally is certain to hit a plateau at some point. If you haven’t gained any muscle mass and strength in a while, it’s probably time to try out some plateau busting workouts. One great way to break through a plateau is to try the 10 X 10 workout routine. With this workout you do only one exercise per muscle group using a weight you can do 20 reps with and do 10 sets of 10 reps with it. The catch is that you only get one minute of rest between each set. It might not sound that tough, but you’ll have a lot of difficulty getting all 10 reps on the last few sets.
