The Easy Way To Quit Smoking, Is To Quit Smoking Now!
I was a heavy smoker then, and I was always asking myself what are the the easy way to quit smoking? I have bugging myself day and night, holding a cigarette in my hand, and contemplating on how to quit the habit. One last stick, one last puff, one more this and one more that. Then, it dawned to me, that the easy way to kick the habit per se, is to quit smoking now.
You see, if you kept on postponing your plan of quitting, procastinating and delaying it, you will surely fail to stop. What I did then, was, threw away all my lighters, oh well,Although, I bought it from an antique store, at least, this will stop me from looking an antique myself due to smoking. Then, gave away my ash trays, I realized lately, I should have thrown it away, then, I pre occupied myself, by working hard and going to the gym. It took only 7 days, and I felt great, knowing I was not smoking anymore.
But be wary though, stay away from places where you might end up lighting a stick or two.
