Manage Conflict At Work
We start to learn about conflict management at a very young age when we are starting school and making friends. Children fight about just about everything you can imagine while still wanting to play with their new friends all of the time. While it may seem like children are just always squabbling and telling on each other, they are actually learning conflict management. This is a lifelong lesson that turns in new directions as we age. At one time or another, we must all learn to manage conflict at work – and the lessons can be hard ones at times. Navigating the work world is a bit different than going through school and learning about how to keep and accept your friends.
