Bartending is a profession that was once looked down on by many people for years. It wasn’t really considered a true profession but more like a temporary job for students paying their own way through collage, people that were in between ‘real jobs’ or people that wanted to have their own supply of alcohol handy. But competition bartending is changing that. People are starting to see bartending as a skill. And like most skills, bartending requires practice, talent and training.
