The whole gist of Acne Free in 3 days is based on a special detox natural cure to cure your acne problems. The author also recommends certain topical acne products to aid in the special detox program.

The guide is quite short and easy to read. Everything is laid out in clear steps. It’s not a bad thing as you can read in a shorter time and start applying what you have learned.

Chris also provides some suggestions as to what foods to eat and what foods to avoid to remain acne free. So the main question is does acne free in 3 days work? Well, I leave that to my more detailed acne free in 3 days review.
